HoodRugCheck reads public on-chain data and reports what it finds: mint authority, admin control, liquidity, holder concentration, sellability, contract verification, token age, and trading hooks. Every score, status, and verdict is informational only and is not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

A high score is not a guarantee that a token is safe. Contracts can be upgraded, ownership can change hands, liquidity can move, and people can lie about all of it after we scan. A low score is not a guarantee a token will fail. We check what we can see on-chain at the moment we check it — nothing more.

You are solely responsible for your own research and your own trading decisions. Never trade more than you can afford to lose.

We never hold, custody, or have the ability to move your funds. We make no warranty, express or implied, about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any scan result, and disclaim liability for losses arising from reliance on it.

Pro is paid on-chain, in USDG or ETH, directly from your wallet to our treasury address on Robinhood Chain. There is no card, no subscription processor, and no renewal — you're buying prepaid Pro time that stacks.

Payments are non-refundable. A blockchain transaction cannot be reversed once confirmed, and we have no mechanism to reverse one on our end either. Double-check the plan, currency, and amount before you send.

If a valid payment reaches our treasury but Pro isn't applied to your account, use the recovery flow on /account or contact support — see Support below.

The public API (/api/v1/check, /mcp) is offered for agents and applications to check tokens before trading or recommending them, subject to rate limits: 10 requests/hour without a key, 120 requests/hour with one. We may adjust these limits, suspend a key, or block traffic that abuses the service (scraping beyond the documented endpoints, attempting to bypass rate limits, or reselling raw output as a competing product) without notice.

API responses carry the same informational-only disclaimer as the web reports. An API key is tied to your account; keep it confidential — you're responsible for traffic sent with it.

Don't use HoodRugCheck to violate the law, to attack or overload our infrastructure, or to misrepresent our scores as your own independent analysis.

We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the current version.
